Remote Outsourced Recruiting & Hiring Services/RPO - Hourly

If you are a manager or a principal at your company and you are directly responsible for hiring or you have limited internal/HR recruiting resources, hiring new employees or replacing a member of your team is time-consuming and expensive. HBTT can help you find the right person in a cost effective manner - on an hourly basis - remotely. Our goal and highest priority is to help you find and retain the best candidates for your organization - every time. We offer full-cycle recruiting. By using our technology focused 12 step proven process, you can improve on hiring the first time, while reducing turnover.

As your off-site remote recruiting & talent acquisition partner, we will:

​

1) Consult with you via the phone and/or by video to assess your hiring needs.

2) Write job descriptions and requirements and place jobs ads with appropriate candidate sources.

3) Receive all correspondence and serve as candidate contact.

4) Screen resumes and select candidates for initial interviews.

5) Conduct behavioral phone screening interviews and write candidate evaluations.

6) Conduct video interviews - live and on-demand interviewing with questions pertaining to specific position (provide client reports).

7) Administer online assessments, including behavioral/personality, technical, and specialized aptitude/skill testing, as required by client.

8) Thorough reference checking for top choices.

9) Schedule final interviews of top 2-3 candidates with client for each position.

10) Debrief and follow-up with client and candidates.

11) Write job offers and help negotiate offers to acceptance.

12) Assist with the transition and the online HR onboarding process of your new employee(s).

* We charge hourly for this service. It is estimated that it will take between 20-30 hours per hiring assignment - whether you hire 1 or more individuals.

We offer special hourly rates for long-term remote contract recruiting.

 

We also offer on-site recruiters as an option, if you prefer this type of working arrangement.

Our experience has shown that the process of attracting top talent consists of three distinct phases:

​

1) Recruit - We begin by researching, sourcing and identifying individuals who posses the technical and motivational qualification you require. After careful phone screening interviews, we then schedule face-to-face or video interviews with the most highly qualified candidates.

2) Offer - After mutual interest in determined, we assist in negotiating an acceptable compensation package with the finalist you select.

​

3) Transition - Once your offer is formally accepted, we can help provide for a smooth transfer to your company, by counseling the new hire on proper resignation procedures and by helping to facilitate the move.

​

To ensure that candidates are selected for both technical merit and motivational suitability for your specific company culture, our screening process includes reference checking, degree verification, and if required, psychometric testing. Candidate interview reports will be provided to the client outlining candidates' motivations, skills, strengths, and salary requirements.

​

For this service, we charge a fee based on the salary of the placed individual with a placement guarantee (90 days). The fee is either on a contingency (20%) or retained (15%) basis with a small retainer, based on your individual preference. As outlined above, we offer a 5% discount for retained agreements. We also offer the option of an hourly fee, which is credited against a discounted search fee if a referred candidate is hired by the company. This billing option also includes a placement guarantee.

($150 value). We will administer the Everything DiSC Workplace® assessment online. This assessment describes one’s natural work behavior patterns or styles to help improve productivity, teamwork, management, and communication. It 's very useful as a hiring/team building and onboarding tool.

Candidate Screening

Helping You Hire Quickly and Efficiently

Hire Better Top Talent Screening and Profiling service assists you in finding the right candidate(s) for your company. This service includes the generation of resumes and a concise pre-screening process. We will phone interview, and/or conduct video interviews to survey candidates' motivations, strengths, technical, managerial, or sales ability, and suitability based upon your criteria. We provide detailed interview reports on the candidates interviewed to the client. We use technical assessments, as well as sales and management assessments, based on your needs.

HBTT will charge hourly for this service.

 

Spot Recruiting

When a client has a particular individual in mind that they would like to recruit, HBTT can assume the role of a discreet third party to make the initial overture. In these cases, we charge an hourly fee, which is credited against the search fee if the individual ultimately joins our client's  organization.

Reference Checking

HBTT can contact a candidate's references for a company before a hiring decision is made and after thorough checking, provide a written detailed report to the client.

HBTT charges hourly for this service.

Pre-Employment Assessments & Tests

If a candidate's personality or aptitude for the job are in question, we can arrange testing.

We charge hourly for testing services.
