Our Proven Approach to Direct-Hire Contingency Recruiting & Executive Search Programs:

Our experience has shown that the process of attracting top talent consists of three distinct phases:

​

1) Recruit - We begin by researching, sourcing and identifying individuals who posses the technical and motivational qualification you require. After careful phone screening interviews, we then schedule face-to-face or video interviews with the most highly qualified candidates.

​

2) Offer - After mutual interest in determined, we assist in negotiating an acceptable compensation package with the finalist you select.

​

3) Transition - Once your offer is formally accepted, we can help provide for a smooth transfer to your company, by counseling the new hire on proper resignation procedures and by helping to facilitate the move.

​

To ensure that candidates are selected for both technical merit and motivational suitability for your specific company culture, our screening process includes reference checking, degree verification, and if required, psychometric testing. Candidate interview reports will be provided to the client outlining candidates' motivations, skills, strengths, and salary requirements.

​

For this service, we charge a fee based on the salary of the placed individual with a placement guarantee (90 days). The fee is either on a contingency (20%) or retained basis (15%), based on your preference. As outlined above, we offer a 5% discount for retained agreements. We also offer the option of an hourly fee, which is credited against a discounted search fee if a referred candidate is hired by the company.
