DiSC® Assessment

If you have applied for one of our client positions and have received an email from us regarding completing the DiSC® profile as part of the application process, please download the document below and fill it out and email the completed form back to us as an attachment (SEND button below).
Note: Please think of yourself in your current job or past work setting when selecting the words or attributes that describe you most and least accurately. Please answer each question as honestly as possible.

The assessment should only take a few minutes (about 10 minutes or less) to complete. There are no right or wrong answers.

Although we have more in-depth DiSC® assessments, this is a very quick DiSC® assessment that is a "snapshot" of how an individual prefers to interact with others and outlines an individual's preferred particular style. From this, we will create a DiSC® summary report. Among the most popular and useful applications for this assessment are: Leadership Development, Sales Training and Team Development.
