The founder of HBTT has over 20 years of full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and business development experience - working for high-tech startups, mid sized companies, real estate firms, and Fortune 500 companies. She received her BA degree in Psychology from Clark University and MS Degree in Human Resources from Northeastern University. She has extensive technical, sales and real estate recruiting and hiring experience working for emerging high-tech startup companies. She has specialized HR training and focuses on the use of behavioral interviews and behavioral assessments for hiring, onboarding, developing, training, and retaining top talent.
